The update mainly focuses on user behaviour improvements on the procedure flows, penalty turnaround time changes and displaying Location based Facial Recognition capture history. The updates brought are listed below.

Location based Facial recognition capture history:

We’ve developed PCT location flow by adding exclusive capture history and a calendar view to navigate and view the workforce involved in a PCT across a desired timeframe.

Dynamic shift based workforce management against all available roles

The management can now manage shifts and view the workforce segregated between all the shifts across all available roles.

MEP Operational Hours included in penalty turnaround time calculation

The initial turnaround time is now taking the MEP Operational Hours into consideration. For eg:

If an IE raises a complaint by evening 6PM and the turnaround time is 6 hours, the Turnaround time freezes when the MEP Team’s shift ends. The timer resumes the next day once the MEP Teams come online.

Procedure App improvements

On very constrained network conditions, improved app’s behaviour and loading states

• Removed optional remarks when user has confirmed that a step is completed and there’s no issue to address

• Added draft feature to store current progress of a procedure in a location. The user can recover progress on the occasion of unexpected reloads/ browser closure/ mobile shutdowns

• Added Offline compatibility. Users can now submit procedures regardless of network connectivity and expect it to be uploaded once the user reopens the app when a stable network connection is available

• Added Interval exclusive procedures. Users can now expect the app to inform that someone else has completed the procedure within the current interval, and there’s no need to perform the procedure again

• Added Live image capture. Users can now capture images from the app instead of capturing it and uploading them separately
